Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only made domestically (Germany). 

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 5.95 per order.

From an order value of 200,00 € we deliver free of charge.

Provision of digital content:
 

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Deliveries outside Germany

Due to the EU directives regarding the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, packaging law, value added tax, etc., shipping is only possible within Germany. For delivery addresses outside of Germany, you can use the forwarding service: https://www.mykrautbox.com/
