Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only made within Germany.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.00 per order.

From an order value of €200.00, we deliver free of shipping charges.

Provision of digital content:

No shipping costs apply to digital content (data produced and provided in digital form).

Digital content is sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed payment in advance, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3 - 5 working days of conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed payment in advance, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made differing arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of collection in person, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

Deliveries outside Germany

Since we have registered our packaged electrical equipment only in Germany with the prescribed take-back and registration systems (electrical equipment register/WEEE and packaging register), we deliver exclusively within Germany.
