Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ALM Controls e.K., Zum Herrnberg 33, 65520 Bad Camberg - Erbach, DE, info@almcontrols.de, phone: 064349186172) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.alm-store.de/en/module/tbsimplewithdrawal/withdrawal. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose use-by date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered only after 30 days following conclusion of the contract, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that cannot be controlled by the trader;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery and according to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has

1. expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed his/her awareness that, by giving such consent, he/she loses the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
